All other imrovements ( not upkeep or repairs) over $500 require a town issued permit that is valid for 1 year. You may make a print out of an application from this website and mail it to Town of Fremont, Zoning Administrator, with the $25 fee. Make check payable to Town of Fremont, a permit will be issued if all ordinance requirements are met. A copy of the Zoning Ordinances are included in this website. See Ordinances
